With Rockmount you will be selling the highest performing consumables on the market for maintenance and repair welding. While with Optrel Welding Hoods and respiratory equipment, you will provide your customers with the most innovative welding helmets and safety equipment. Rockmount’s training and technical backing is second to none, providing you with everything you need to make a great living selling welding supplies and industrial solutions.

We have proven products and a 50-year history in the industrial world. This role gives you the opportunity to develop long-lasting customer relationships and provide the best problem solving and technical support to the people that you serve. We call on customers from a broad range of industries, including heavy construction, mining, municipal, logistics, farming, food production, and many more. As a Rockmount Representative your customers are anyone that has something that breaks.

This is an Independent Sales Representative position, 1099, with a generous commission structure, as well as incentives to make an excellent, uncapped income achievable. Our average reps make between $50,000-$80,000 in their first year and grow from there. All territories are protected and designed with a six-figure income in mind.
